Building vinyl inground pools for Midlothian families
If you're comparing pool builders in Midlothian, TX, the first thing to know is that we specialize in vinyl inground pools rather than gunite — which is why our quotes usually come in around half of what a traditional pool builder would quote you.
We're based just up the road in Red Oak, a short drive along Highway 287, so Midlothian is well within the area Joseph and Luke personally cover for every dig — not a subcontractor crew, not a regional franchise.
North Texas clay soil is part of what we plan for on every Midlothian project: proper excavation, drainage, and pool wall engineering matter more here than they do in sandier soil, and it's the kind of detail that gets skipped by out-of-town crews who don't build in this area regularly.
Many Midlothian neighborhoods have HOA guidelines around pool fencing, setbacks, and equipment placement. We'll walk you through what your HOA will want to see before we ever break ground, so there are no surprises mid-project.
